These Terms & Conditions, together with the 98pka Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 98pka governing your use of the Platform.
Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking the acceptance checkbox during Account registration; (b) completing a deposit or placing a wager; or (c) continuing to use the Platform after any published update to these Terms has come into effect.
Language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall take precedence.
98pka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. 98pka requires CNIC-based identity verification from all Players, and any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Platform is made available to players on an international basis in accordance with the terms of our gaming licence. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 98pka makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. 98pka reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence of identity, address, or source of funds at any point during the Account lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party under any circumstances. 98pka will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the 98pka support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 98pka will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access arising from the Player's own failure to keep credentials secure.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 98pka may at any time request verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
98pka accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL IBFT, UBL IBFT, Meezan Bank IBFT, and USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in PKR, with the exception of USDT which is converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. No currency conversion markup is applied by 98pka.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. 98pka does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own service charges.
Withdrawals are processed following completion of identity verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your Account, or that you have verified as belonging to you. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
98pka reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such checks are initiated.
All financial activity on the Platform is subject to 98pka's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies. Deposits must originate from funds legally owned by the Account holder. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 98pka are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal.
98pka actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to complete wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds cancelled and may be permanently suspended.
One Welcome Bonus Per Household: The 98pka welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Players sharing an IP address or physical address will be treated as a single household for bonus eligibility purposes.
Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance with no compensation.
All casino games offered on the 98pka Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated by certified studio providers under controlled conditions. The outcome of all games is determined by the RNG or live dealer process at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by 98pka or the Player after a wager has been placed.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official rules of the relevant game or sports event. For sports betting markets, results are determined based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. In the case of cricket and PSL markets, the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant tournament organiser will be used for settlement purposes.
98pka reserves the right to void any bet placed where: (a) there is evidence of system error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error; (b) the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded; or (c) the integrity of the event is under investigation by a recognised sporting authority. In cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance.
In the event of a disconnection, server failure, or other technical interruption during a game round or live bet, 98pka will take reasonable steps to determine the outcome of the interrupted event from available records. The Platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from interruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection or device.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 98pka Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balances and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 98pka Platform — including but not limited to the 98pka brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 98pka or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 98pka. Unauthorised use of 98pka intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate Account termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pka's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
